Lingotify

Lingotify is a language-learning app built around music. It turns saved vocabulary into AI-generated songs so learners can practice words and meanings through listening, singing, and repetition.

The service lets users save words that are hard to remember by tapping a word, marking a flashcard, or importing a list. It then writes a song around those exact words, and users can pick a genre and vibe from 18 options, including Pop, Jazz, Lo-Fi, Hip-Hop, Afrobeat, K-Pop, and Synthwave. Songs include highlighted words that can be tapped for translations, and an in-song quiz pauses the lyrics to ask about what was just sung. Lingotify also uses spaced repetition, with flashcards and songs queued again right before the user is likely to forget them, and it says this is automated with the SM-2 algorithm.

Lingotify supports German, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish, and English, with more languages planned. It is available on iOS and Android, and the site says songs are downloadable for offline playback while flashcards also work offline; generating new songs requires an internet connection. The product page also notes a free start with no signup wall and up to 4 songs free every month. Its pricing section lists a free tier and a Premium plan at $5.99 per month or $47.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial for Premium, no ads on Premium, and features such as unlimited flashcards, in-song quizzes, spaced repetition, custom word packages, and priority song generation.
