LexPlus

LexPlus is a legal platform designed for external lawyers who manage multiple clients. It consolidates four primary legal domains—contracts, corporate (societario), labor, and compliance—into a single workspace, allowing users to address a broad range of legal needs from one system. The platform is structured to support multi-company management, with each client able to control the scope of access and revoke permissions as needed.

The contracts module serves as a repository for contracts by company, tracking expirations, involved parties, milestones, and offering integrated electronic signatures through Firma Silverswan. Automatic alerts notify users ahead of contract expiration dates. The corporate module includes tools for managing shareholder meetings, board of directors, statutory modifications, and certificates of validity, along with a calendar for corporate obligations and reminders.

For labor matters, LexPlus provides management of employment contracts, settlements, annexes, and internal regulations. It integrates with AsistenciaPlus to supply documented evidence of work hours and permissions. 719, supporting case management, complaints, and audits with an immutable hash chain for record integrity. A public channel is available for submitting complaints without login.

Audit features include a complete audit trail and the use of an immutable hash chain to ensure data integrity. The platform is accessed via a web interface, with user authentication supported by magic links sent to registered email addresses. LexPlus is administered by Silverswan.
