JobWarp

JobWarp is a browser extension for people applying to jobs online. It works on job postings on the web and is meant to reduce the time spent on each application by scoring fit, drafting application materials, and preparing interview materials from a CV and the job description.

The extension reads the full job description on a page and compares it with the user’s CV. It gives a fit score from one to ten and includes reasoning underneath, with strengths and gaps called out plainly. JobWarp also researches the company, then uses that information to draft a cover letter and screening answers from the user’s real experience. When an interview is scheduled, it generates an interview prep pack with likely questions for the role and company, notes on the team, and draft answers based on the CV. The materials appear on the job posting page, and any draft can be edited in place.

JobWarp says it works on LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Workday, and any career page, and it is available as a Chrome, Edge, and Firefox extension. It also includes a kanban-style funnel that tracks roles from Saved to Offer and updates as applications move forward, so the user does not have to maintain a spreadsheet separately. The service offers scoring for free, and full applications are handled through credits called Warps. It is free to start, includes three Warps free with no card, and has no subscription; credits do not expire.
