Jellypod automates the process by generating scripts, creating audio using AI voices, and assembling complete podcast episodes in minutes.

Users can upload a variety of source formats including PDF, DOCX, PPTX, CSV, MP3, MP4, PNG, and TXT files, as well as paste text or provide links to websites and YouTube videos. Once a source is added, Jellypod writes the script, generates audio with customizable AI hosts, and allows for detailed editing. The editor supports line-by-line script modifications, unique pronunciations, and the regeneration of individual audio segments. Users can create up to four custom hosts per episode, select from over 70 languages, and even clone their own voice. The platform leverages speech models from providers such as ElevenLabs, xAI, Cartesia, Google Gemini, Deepgram, Hume, Inworld, Mistral, MiniMax, Fish Audio, Murf, Resemble, and Smallest fal to produce realistic audio.

Jellypod provides built-in podcast hosting, generating an RSS feed and a dedicated website for each show. It enables one-click publishing to major platforms including Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and Amazon Music, and supports automation features such as scheduled episode generation and publishing, as well as API access for integration into other workflows. Users can automate recurring episodes, trigger new episodes by email, or manage shows via the API. The platform is web-based and does not require users to record their own audio or use external editing tools.

All podcasts and scripts created with Jellypod remain fully owned by the user, and the service states that it does not train AI models on user content. Industry-standard security practices are followed to protect user data.
