Pathmode

Pathmode is a product judgment layer for builders making products with AI. It turns customer evidence, strategy, and decisions into executable intent specs for Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and engineering workflows, aiming to preserve the reason behind a change as work moves from discovery to delivery.

The product starts from raw inputs such as a PRD, notes, a positioning page, or a live site scan. From that material, it extracts product context, vision, audience, north star, and guardrails, and it includes a strength meter that shows how grounded the context is. It also organizes tickets, quotes, metrics, friction points, observations, and requests so the brief sent to an agent is based on evidence rather than the loudest voice. Users can then shape intent by capturing objectives, outcomes, constraints, and edge cases while the codebase is available as context, so the intent reflects what already exists. Pathmode also supports a loop in which verification checks run with the agent, and findings from a build are written back into the spec when the build contradicts it.

It includes an Evidence Board for keeping evidence attached to outcomes and a Build Queue for showing dependencies, critical path, and what is ready or blocked. The page says the specification moves from Draft to Verified, and that contradictions are flagged so the spec can be corrected rather than only the code. Structured intent can be handed off to Cursor, Claude Code, Linear, Jira, or an MCP workflow. Pathmode says it is built for builders, including product managers, engineering leaders, designers, researchers, and founders.

Pathmode offers a start flow with no account needed to begin from a sentence or two, and it mentions integrations with Zendesk, Google Analytics, Intercom, Notion, Linear, GitHub, Jira, Cursor, Claude Code, Slack, and Freshdesk. Its Trust Center states AES-256 encryption, SOC 2-aligned controls, and strict access controls.
