Flex Databases LMS is a platform offering integrated Learning Management System (LMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) modules, designed to centralize and automate the management of training and quality-related activities. The system allows organizations to use these modules together, separately, or in combination with other modules available on the platform. Access is configurable for different user roles, including QA, training managers, line managers, project managers, employees, and external users.

On the quality management side, the QMS module supports the management of standard operating procedures (SOPs), audits, incidents, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). It enables the initiation, planning, and tracking of CAPA processes, management of audit lifecycles, and registration and resolution tracking for incidents, including severity and impact evaluation. The system allows creation and review of QMS documents with revision history, comments, and electronic signatures. Document generation and sign-off, as well as tracking of various KPIs and performance at both company and project levels, are included features.

Flex Databases LMS provides centralized assignment of training and quality tasks by group, such as department or project, and supports default assignments based on training plans. It enables uploading of various file types as training materials and allows for the creation of individual quizzes with different question types. Reporting tools include comprehensive and ad-hoc reporting, automatic notifications, and completion alerts for employees and supervisors. The platform is designed to facilitate easy scaling and integration of new teams or companies into existing corporate structures.
