FixSeal is a self-hosted WordPress plugin designed to streamline bug reporting and site health monitoring for website owners, freelancers, and agencies managing WordPress sites. The plugin enables clients to report bugs directly from the site using a visual feedback button, which opens an overlay for describing issues, highlighting areas, or taking screenshots. Reports are delivered to the WordPress admin and include technical details such as device, browser, viewport, WordPress version, and plugin list. The feedback system supports four request types, three urgency levels, screen recording via the MediaRecorder API, and file uploads up to 10MB for images, video, or PDFs. Access to the feedback widget can be controlled by user role, and the button itself is configurable in terms of emoji, color, position, size, and label.
In addition to feedback collection, FixSeal provides automated health monitoring by performing eight critical checks every six hours. These checks cover SSL certificate validity, broken links (404s), form submission inactivity (for Gravity Forms, Contact Form 7, and WPForms), PHP fatal errors, pending updates, homepage speed regressions, Elementor rendering issues, and server environment details. The plugin generates a composite 0–100 health score for each site and sends email alerts only when a status changes, not on every check. It also features a 404 tracker with redirect management, an admin debug bar for 404 pages, and a backend hub for multi-site management.
Site maintenance tools are included, such as a cache manager compatible with W3TC, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed, and WP Super Cache, as well as utilities to clear Elementor CSS, flush permalinks, reset Gravity Forms locks, and clear transients. The WP-Cron inspector helps identify stuck or overdue background jobs, and users can email full health summaries to themselves or clients.
99 per year per site with additional features and integrations (including Jira, Linear, GitHub, Mailgun, SendGrid, white-labeling, and multi-site backend), and an Agency plan at $149 per year for unlimited sites with advanced branding and support options. All data is stored in the user's own WordPress database, and there are no monthly SaaS fees. The plugin is developed by 7Labs.
In the Productivity & Work space, FixSeal takes a focused approach. It focuses on collecting clear, actionable visual feedback and bug reports from WordPress site users without email back-and-forth.
