Falcon Builder is a no-code platform for production AI agents developed by NeoSky AI. Users can generate agents and workflows with natural language descriptions through an AI generator, begin from pre-built templates for use cases such as lead intake, support, synchronization, and reporting, or construct them from scratch with a drag-and-drop workflow canvas. An AI Wingman assistant operates inside the editor to add nodes, modify configurations, debug errors, and explain workflows based on real-time context. The system connects to models from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Ollama, Mistral, and OpenRouter for agents, the Wingman, and the builder, while supporting BYO LLM for unlimited generation. Native integrations include Slack, HubSpot, Salesforce, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Twilio, Postgres, MongoDB, Retell, webhooks, and REST APIs. Nodes allow HTTP, database, email, Twilio, and JavaScript or Python code execution.

Agents deploy as hosted chat assistants with streaming, history, citations, and feedback, as forms that process submissions including image fields, as embeddable website chatbots, or as continuous stateful conversations over WhatsApp and SMS via Twilio. Access controls for these interfaces encompass public, password, email with one-time passcode, workspace login, and SSO or OIDC. Vision capabilities process attached images, PDFs, and documents across all supported models with native PDF handling. Multi-agent orchestration lets one agent delegate to specialist sub-agents through tool ports and combine results using tool-calling across providers. Human-in-the-loop functionality pauses agents to request approval or revisions via Slack with automatic timeouts. Knowledge bases connect to OneDrive and SharePoint folders with selectable subfolders, auto-refresh intervals, and synchronization. Versioning permits editing drafts separately from live production, testing unpublished workflows via a dedicated webhook, one-click restore of prior versions, and running published versions on production webhooks, schedules, and triggers.
