FakturFlow – E-Invoicing for KSeF

FakturFlow is a standalone plugin designed for WooCommerce stores that need to issue structured e-invoices compliant with Poland's KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) requirements. It enables businesses to generate, validate, and submit FA(3) e-invoices directly from WooCommerce orders, using the official Ministry of Finance KSeF API 2.0. The plugin operates without intermediaries, per-invoice fees, or the need for a separate accounting system, ensuring that invoice data is sent only to the Ministry's API. The tool is tailored for B2B transactions, automatically detecting orders with a buyer NIP (tax ID) at checkout and routing only those to KSeF, while consumer (B2C) orders remain unaffected. FakturFlow provides schema validation for every invoice against the Ministry’s standards, and allows users to track submission status and download the official UPO (proof of receipt) directly from the order screen. Correction (KOR) invoices are generated for refunds, referencing the original invoice by its KSeF number, with their UPOs also available for download. Each invoice includes a KOD I verification QR code, generated according to the Ministry's specifications. The plugin is fully compatible with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) and the checkout block, and features encrypted storage for KSeF tokens. It is available in a complete Polish translation. FakturFlow offers a free version with no limits on the number of invoices, no per-invoice fees, and no removal of free features even after the introduction of a paid Pro tier. The Pro version, offered for an annual fee, adds automation features such as automatic submission on payment, automatic corrections on refund, offline mode with statutory-deadline alerts, a compliance dashboard, audit log, and CSV export. FakturFlow is part of a broader approach to e-invoicing compliance, with plans to support mandates in other EU countries. Its core offering remains focused on providing a direct, compliant, and cost-effective solution for Polish WooCommerce stores managing B2B invoicing under KSeF.
