e-Proof

e-Proof is a service that searches for and records copyright infringements of images on the internet. It automatically collects evidence of unauthorized use of images on third-party websites for rights holders.

The service analyzes a specified web page and identifies all images including photographs, pictures, logos, and other graphic elements. It performs the search across all levels of the page, covering main content, background images, interface elements, and even sections that load during scrolling. Once selected images are chosen, it generates a complete set of proof materials for copyright violation. This includes saving a page snapshot in MHTML format, recording network traffic in HAR format, capturing all network requests, gathering technical information about the site, and creating cryptographic hashes for each image. The materials are packaged into an archive with timestamps suitable for court or pre-trial settlement.

MHTML and HAR serve as the primary complementary evidence formats. MHTML is a file format that fully preserves the web page at the moment of recording, containing all text, images, styles, and scripts in a single file. The HAR file logs all network requests between the browser and server.
