DullyPDF converts raw PDFs into fillable forms through AI-powered field detection. It addresses the need to transform static documents from sources such as clinics into interactive templates that support data entry, bulk population, web-based completion, and electronic signatures.

The detection process analyzes PDF layout to identify potential form fields, assigns confidence scores, and extracts field names from nearby labels. Detected fields support text, checkbox, radio, date, signature, image, barcode, QR/PDF417, or calculated types. An editor allows resizing, renaming, repositioning, and adjustment of fonts, sizes, colors, and alignment for individual fields or globally. Additional PDF tools include merging or deleting pages, compression, and helpers for images or barcodes. Calculated outputs can also be configured.

Completed templates enable multiple distribution methods. Users upload CSV, Excel, JSON, or TXT files to map fields to database headers for Search & Fill operations where rows remain in the browser. Templates can be published as Fill By Link web forms for client responses or exposed as a template-scoped API Fill endpoint. Data population options include selecting database rows, stored submissions, or uploading images and documents such as IDs, invoices, or pay stubs for extraction. Eligible records route into supported U.S. e-sign workflows compliant with E-SIGN and UETA standards. PDFs generate only upon download.

The service operates as a web application with full functionality on desktop browsers; a mobile view provides explanations and demos only. It accepts PDF files up to 50 MB. A pre-made form catalog supplies templates for healthcare, insurance, HR onboarding, finance, real estate, legal, logistics, government, education, and nonprofits. Unlimited PDF-to-form conversions and form building are available at no cost. Higher usage across all features requires the premium tier. The platform suits individuals and organizations handling document workflows.
