The platform also enables users to translate document content into over 250 languages, leveraging Google Translate, and automatically prioritizes languages spoken in the service area. Additionally, DocAccess offers a document outline feature, which detects and provides semantic headings, allowing users to navigate documents efficiently with highlighted sections and smooth scrolling.

For enhanced accessibility, DocAccess connects users to live visual interpreters via the Aira service, offering 24/7 support with up to 30 minutes of free assistance per user. This service helps address any remaining access barriers and provides a feedback loop for continuous improvement. The platform also allows users to ask questions about document content and receive answers in their preferred language, further improving access to information. All PDF content is transcribed to responsive HTML, making it mobile-friendly and accessible across devices.

The onboarding process involves a free accessibility report and testing of challenging documents, followed by a compliance review with a specialist and a streamlined setup that requires only a single line of code to activate across supported platforms. DocAccess is available through a beta program that users can join for free, with the company seeking feedback to refine and expand its capabilities.
