It also provides tools for handling privacy requests, enabling the capture, verification, and fulfillment of data subject requests (DSRs/DSARs) with identity verification, secure downloads, and automated workflows. Data mapping features allow guided ROPA, PIA, and DPIA processes across hundreds of pre-configured data systems, which are integrated with privacy request workflows. Policy management capabilities include auto-generated privacy, cookie, and AI policies that adapt to changes in both technology stacks and legal requirements.

Concord Trust helps organizations build and demonstrate trust to prospects and customers. It features a public, brandable trust center with gated access and engagement analytics, automated completion of buyer security questionnaires, and the ability to draft RFP and RFX responses using live data and prior successful outcomes. Integrated self-learning AI agents read organizational policies and past answers, improving their performance with every correction and successful deal. The platform’s Action Engine automates drafting, filling, and verifying answers, running privacy scans, and routing work end-to-end. A unified data layer synchronizes information from over 200 integrations, providing a single source of truth for policies, systems, vendors, and trackers.
