The system evaluates oversight across seven defined dimensions—escalation integrity, review cadence, decision authority, reviewer competence, independence, auditability, and override capability—each with a specific weighting. These are combined into a composite score on a 0 to 100 scale, with thresholds marked for compliance.

The platform operates through a web interface and a documented API, allowing users to conduct live oversight assessments directly in the browser or programmatically via the API. For developers, typed SDKs are available for TypeScript and Python. Each assessment produces a scorecard showing per-dimension results and an exportable, signed evidence receipt for every decision assessed.
