Key features include roster management with support for player positions, jersey numbers, and skill ratings, as well as organizing clubs, teams, and seasons. ClubDeck offers event scheduling for training sessions, matches, and other events, with the ability to create recurring schedules and sync events via iCal feeds to any calendar app. Availability tracking allows players to mark attendance, giving coaches a clear overview for planning. The lineup builder provides a visual tool for arranging players, particularly with a drag-and-drop hockey rink interface, and lineups can be shared with the team. For training, a randomizer generates balanced teams based on positions, skills, and pairing preferences.

Billing and invoicing are integrated through Stripe, enabling clubs to send invoices, track payments, and manage membership fees. Real-time team chat supports announcements, event discussions, and coordination. The platform supports multiple roles, including admin, coach, player, and guardian, with parent and guardian accounts specifically for junior teams. Additional features include a stand-in board for finding substitute players across clubs, a club discovery tool to filter clubs by sport, city, and level, and dark mode for ease of use during late hours.

ClubDeck is accessible via both a native mobile app and a full web dashboard, allowing users to manage their clubs from anywhere. The setup process is designed to be quick and intuitive, requiring no training manual. Pricing is tiered: a free plan supports up to 15 members, one team, and 10 events per month, while Pro and Club plans offer expanded limits and additional features such as full lineup builder, unlimited events, reports, analytics, and real-time chat. There are no per-member fees, and fundraising or ticket sales incur only a small additional charge above card processing fees.
