Claude Code Toolkit

Claude Code Toolkit is an open-source collection of workflows, commands, and agents designed to support agentic coding practices. Developed after over six months of daily use in fields such as book authoring, quantitative research, and full-stack development, the toolkit addresses common patterns in software development, including codebase exploration, implementation planning, stepwise execution, and result review. Rather than offering a theoretical framework, it provides practical, reusable tools that streamline these recurring tasks.

The toolkit includes 28 slash commands that span the full development lifecycle, such as /explore for understanding codebases, /plan for creating implementation plans, /implement, /review, /test, and /fix. It features five specialized agents: architect for system design, test-engineer for coverage analysis, code-reviewer for quality audits, data-scientist for machine learning experiments, and report-generator for stakeholder documentation. Six domain skills are also part of the toolkit, including frameworks for documentation writing, D2 diagram generation, and machine learning experimentation patterns. These components are intended to provide structured, repeatable, and auditable workflows, reducing the need for ad-hoc prompt crafting.

The toolkit is aimed at practitioners seeking consistent agentic workflows in their coding processes. It is not a framework, but a set of battle-tested tools built from real-world development experience. Delivery is through open-source distribution, with installation instructions provided for use in any project. Additional features include MCP integrations such as Serena for semantic code and Context7 for documentation, Chrome DevTools compatibility, a memory system for maintaining persistent project context across sessions, and a plugin marketplace for modular feature enablement. The toolkit is distributed under the MIT License.
