MySched

MySched is a web-based class scheduling and management platform designed for businesses that operate recurring-session models, such as dance studios, tennis academies, language schools, fitness studios, and music schools. It addresses the administrative challenges of managing class schedules, client balances, billing, and communication, aiming to reduce manual work and streamline operations for studios, schools, and clubs.

The platform provides a shared calendar with day, week, and month views, supporting both recurring session series and quick sessions for walk-ins. Sessions can be scheduled with proper time zone handling, and the system automatically generates sessions for recurring series up to three months in advance. MySched allows teams to invite multiple employees, assign roles, and control access so that employees see only their schedules, while administrators and owners have broader oversight. It also offers a dashboard that summarizes finances, upcoming sessions, and recent activity, highlighting top-paying and dormant clients.

Billing features include per-client balances with full transaction histories, automatic deduction of session prices from prepaid balances before each session, and automatic refunds to client balances upon session cancellation. The client balance is manually topped up, as MySched does not currently process card payments. All balance transactions and visit histories are tracked in each client’s profile. The platform also ensures payments are handled according to rules set by the business, with no need for manual payment requests or checks.

Notifications and reminders are sent to clients via Telegram and email, with WhatsApp, Viber, and SMS channels planned for future updates. MySched integrates with personal calendar apps such as Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, and Outlook, allowing sessions to be added directly. Analytics and reporting features provide transparent insights into revenue, attendance, and detailed employee activity logs, supporting export where needed.

MySched is available via a web dashboard and offers several plans. The Free plan supports one employee and up to 20 clients, while the Solo and Small Team plans (currently in free early access) offer expanded client and employee limits, additional analytics, and priority support. An Enterprise plan is available for larger organizations, with options for custom onboarding, dedicated support, single sign-on, API access, and custom integrations.
