ClarityHire is an assessment and interview platform that adds a verification layer to technical hiring. It confirms that candidates solve problems themselves rather than relying on external assistance such as ChatGPT and produces confidence scores that flag sessions for human review without auto-rejecting any candidate.

The platform targets startups, enterprises, remote teams, recruiters, and organizations hiring for roles including React developers, Python developers, full-stack developers, frontend developers, backend developers, data engineers, and DevOps engineers. Its assessment engine supports custom evaluations with multiple-choice questions that feature randomized options and time limits, live coding challenges using a sandboxed execution environment, AI-graded essay questions, and file uploads for take-home submissions. The live interview room runs in a single browser tab and includes HD video with screen sharing and recording, a collaborative code editor with syntax highlighting, a real-time integrity co-pilot panel, structured scorecards, and timestamped notes.

A core integrity layer combines four independent detectors into a single confidence score: face continuity to verify consistent presence, keystroke biometrics to detect typing anomalies, audio/video synchronization to identify lip-sync gaps, and code coherence to flag copy-paste patterns. Multiple detectors must agree before a session is flagged, and flagged sessions route to reviewers with attached evidence so hiring teams retain final decision authority.
