ClankerView is an AI-driven user testing platform designed to deliver rapid UX feedback for digital products. By deploying agentic AI personas—referred to as "clankers"—the tool provides detailed usability insights within minutes, enabling teams to iterate on features before shipping. Its primary aim is to address the challenge of slow or delayed user feedback, allowing product managers, designers, and developers to make informed improvements quickly rather than waiting weeks for traditional user testing results.

The core workflow involves entering a URL—be it a staging site, production environment, or even a localhost tunnel—after which multiple AI agents independently interact with the web application. These agents control real web browsers, meaning they can scroll, click, navigate, and engage with the actual user interface much like a human tester. This capability distinguishes ClankerView from standard LLM-based feedback, as the agents are able to analyze dynamic content and UI flows in real time. The platform supports testing for a wide range of web applications, including SaaS products, landing pages, onboarding flows, e-commerce sites, and internal tools accessible via public URLs. For applications requiring authentication, ClankerView offers two methods: users can provide login credentials in the review instructions or supply session cookies to allow agents to access protected areas directly. Cookies are deleted from servers after each run to maintain privacy.

Reviews are typically completed in five to ten minutes, and users can observe the agents' browsing and analysis in real time. Each review yields multiple independent opinions, highlighting specific usability issues, overlooked features, or confusing flows. Example feedback includes critiques of feature surfacing, onboarding logic, branding visibility, and analytics clarity. Testimonials from product managers, designers, and content marketers indicate that the feedback is often more thorough and actionable than traditional or generic AI-based approaches.

ClankerView operates on a transparent pay-as-you-go pricing model. Users can start for free, receiving enough credits for one to three reviews without providing a credit card. Additional reviews cost a maximum of $3 per agent, with bulk discounts available, and credits do not expire. There are no subscription fees or per-seat charges, and users are only billed for successful runs. This structure is intended to make rapid, high-quality UX testing accessible and affordable for teams of any size.
