TabCrunch is an AI tab manager for the heavy-duty researcher. It is designed for people whose browser tabs have become difficult to manage, and it turns the key information in those tabs into short summaries so they can be reviewed more quickly.

The service uses large language models to analyze the content of each tab and organize tabs into groups. It then synthesizes the main points of each group and provides a short summary. Additional features include comparing reading time by tab, showing which tabs overlap most closely with the main topic, and giving a breakdown of tabs by website and language. TabCrunch also lists similar tabs, supports keyword search in the URL, title, or body of an article, and can extract key factual information from each article in bullet points. If enabled, it can remember recently closed tabs so they can be reopened later.

Tabs are automatically organized into groups, but they can also be moved manually between groups. Entire tab groups can be shared, allowing collaboration with others. Import options include CSV, TXT, and HTML, and tabs can also be pasted from a mobile device. Selected groups can be exported as CSV or JSON files. The product is delivered as a browser extension.
