The core functionality revolves around a browser extension that automatically converts phone numbers on web pages into clickable links. When a user clicks one of these links, the number is instantly sent to their paired smartphone—either Android or iPhone—where the dialer opens with the number pre-filled and ready for confirmation. This eliminates the need for manual dialing and reduces errors and time spent transferring numbers between devices. The system uses PUSH notifications to deliver numbers to the phone, ensuring that even if the device is temporarily offline, the notification will be received as soon as it reconnects.

Setup requires installing the CallLinks extension in a supported browser—such as Edge, Mozilla, or Chrome—and downloading the companion app from Google Play or the App Store. To connect the browser and phone, users copy a unique TOKEN (secret key) from the mobile app and paste it into the extension settings.
