BrowserWorker by Vector Agent

BrowserWorker by Vector Agent is a Chrome extension that converts plain-language instructions into user-directed browser workflows. Users select a task, the relevant websites, and an AI provider to carry out the work while maintaining explicit boundaries and requiring confirmation for significant actions.

It supports automation across multiple tabs, including opening, inspecting, switching, and organizing them according to the requested workflow. The extension can process page content in text mode or, with a compatible vision model, use screenshots. A pause mechanism requires separate single-use confirmation before performing consequential actions such as posting, sending, purchasing, or deleting. Users bring their own API key to connect with OpenAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter, or a local OpenAI-compatible model server. Task context remains exclusively between the user and the chosen provider.

Privacy receives central emphasis. The extension stores settings, API credentials, consent state, and conversation history solely in the local Chrome profile. It operates without any separate analytics backend or external task-processing service and requests permissions only when activated. No hidden account or advertising profile is involved. A privacy policy is provided, and the tool is delivered as an official Vector Agent Chrome extension with a Chrome Web Store listing planned.
