Brief

Brief is a briefing platform for agencies and freelancers. It enables users to send branded forms that clients complete in their browser, delivering structured answers scored by AI without back-and-forth emails or vague responses.

Users describe a project to the AI, which generates questions and adapts them in real time based on client input. As responses arrive, the platform scores each answer from 1 to 100 and flags those that are too vague, too short, or missing information. It also summarizes answers and provides live status tracking through stages labeled sent, seen, in progress, and completed. Automated workflows send reminders after custom wait times and conditions if clients have not opened or responded to the brief.

The service is delivered as a web application. Clients access briefs via shareable links with no account or login required. Customization options include uploading a logo, setting brand colors, and using a custom domain such as yourco.brief.app. It supports team collaboration through multi-workspace management, team seats, and a client management portal.

Brief offers a free plan limited to three active briefs, one template, three email sends per month, and shareable links. The Pro plan, priced at 15 euros per month when billed yearly, adds unlimited briefs and sends, unlimited templates, full branding with custom domain, real-time status tracking, automated follow-up workflows, AI question generation, adaptive questions, briefing scoring, and AI summaries. The Enterprise plan, at 38 euros per month when billed yearly, includes everything in Pro plus three team seats, unlimited workspaces, a client management portal, and priority support. A 14-day Pro trial is available without a credit card, and the first month of Pro is free for early adopters under a founding offer. New users can start on the free plan with no credit card required.
