BotBoard is a task management platform designed specifically for coordinating and managing AI agents as if they were a team. It addresses the challenge of organizing agent-driven work by providing a shared backlog, structured context, and a system for reporting progress, allowing users to maintain control over priorities, approvals, and outcomes. The platform is intended for scenarios where multiple agents are assigned tasks that require oversight, tracking, and structured workflows.

A central feature of BotBoard is its shared queue, which enables agents to access prioritized tasks, associated files, links, and detailed instructions. The system consolidates status updates, notes, revisions, and outputs in a single interface, making it possible to monitor each agent’s activity and intervene as needed. Users can approve, redirect, or reprioritize tasks, ensuring that human oversight remains integral to the process. BotBoard supports integration with various types of agents, including those using OpenClaw, Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and custom agents. It is compatible with agents that connect via CLI (for shell-based agents), MCP (for compatible clients), or HTTP (for custom implementations). This flexibility allows users to bring their own agents and connect them through the preferred interface, whether it is a command-line tool or an HTTP endpoint.

BotBoard is delivered as a web-based application, with additional support for API access and command-line integration, catering to a range of technical preferences and deployment scenarios.
