BloomBrick is a real estate deal analyzer for investors who want to underwrite properties more quickly. It presents itself as AI-powered real estate underwriting and says it can analyze any property in 90 seconds.

The product handles several exit strategies, including flip, rental, BRRRR, and Airbnb. Mortar AI scores each strategy and returns a verdict, with the workflow described as entering an address, getting the verdict, and then downloading a report. The site also says the analysis is rebuilt from the analyst’s spreadsheet, and that every property gets full underwriting treatment without exports, formulas, or guesswork.

BloomBrick accepts either a Zillow, Redfin, or Realtor.com link, or a US address typed directly into the tool. Pricing is shown as three subscription tiers: Seedling, which is free forever and includes five analyses per month, basic Buy/Pass verdicts, saving three deals to a portfolio, and public market data; Builder, at $29 per month, which adds unlimited analyses, a full 13-tab analysis suite, a Mortar AI investment coach, a 20-deal portfolio tracker, a loan guide, a 1031 calculator, and branded PDF reports; and Empire, at $79 per month, which includes everything in Builder plus an unlimited portfolio, market heat maps, deal alerts by email and push, team seats for up to three users, API access, and priority Mortar response. The service is web-based, and analyses stay on the user’s device rather than on the platform’s servers. It also states that it never sells user data.
