Bilohash Smart Popups is a free and open-source plugin for WordPress designed to help site owners create and manage multiple popups with advanced targeting and customization options. The tool addresses the need for flexible, visually appealing popups that can be tailored to specific devices, pages, and visitor behaviors, supporting marketing and engagement efforts on WordPress sites.
