The plugin calculates the withdrawal period as 14 days from the receipt of the last package, automatically extending to the next business day if the deadline falls on a weekend or holiday. It offers customization of the withdrawal period (between 7 and 60 days) and allows for the configuration of holidays for different countries. Immediate confirmation emails are sent to customers, with four customizable status templates, fulfilling requirements for durable medium notifications under EU law. For compliance and audit purposes, the plugin logs IP addresses, user agents, and UTC timestamps for each withdrawal statement, supports CSV export, and integrates with WordPress privacy tools for data export and erasure.
