BeziWorld Inventory Manager for WooCommerce is a WordPress plugin designed to streamline inventory management for stores using WooCommerce. It provides a unified, fast interface where users can view and control their entire product catalog—including simple products, parent products with variants, and individual variants—on a single screen. The tool is built with scalability in mind, accommodating large catalogs by using optimized caching and batch processing to prevent browser slowdowns and timeouts.

Key features include real-time detection of stock shortages, low stock, and out-of-stock items, all highlighted with color-coded indicators. Users can perform bulk stock updates via AJAX, edit quantities inline, and save all changes in one action. The plugin supports filtering and sorting at the database level, with options to search by product name or SKU, including for variants. It also allows exporting the current inventory view to CSV, with filters and sorting preserved, and ensures compatibility with Excel through UTF-8 BOM encoding.

Additional capabilities include periodic email alerts about low stock and out-of-stock products, customizable per product or variant, and the ability to specify recipients. Every stock change is logged with detailed history, including the ability to undo the last operation and prune old entries. Importing stock levels from CSV is supported, with a dry-run preview and matching by SKU or ID before changes are committed. The plugin can track stock per location for simple products, aggregating totals for WooCommerce, and this feature remains inactive until locations are defined.

For developers and advanced users, BeziWorld Inventory Manager offers integration via a REST API, WP-CLI commands, and extensible hooks, allowing automation, custom reporting, and integration with other systems such as WMS or headless setups. The plugin is compatible with HPOS, supports five languages (Polish, English, German, Czech, French), and is tested with recent versions of WordPress and WooCommerce. Security is ensured through standard WordPress permissions and nonce protection. BeziWorld Inventory Manager is distributed as open source under the GPL v2 license and is available as a free download.
