Balzac is an AI-powered SEO and GEO content engine for AI agents. It is described as a skill for agents to research keywords, write optimized articles, and publish content to a CMS. The product is presented as a CLI, an MCP server, and an API rather than a web app.

Its keyword research workflow analyzes a site, competitors, and a niche, then identifies keyword opportunities with search volume, difficulty, and intent data. Results can be exported as JSON or CSV for agent pipelines. Publishing support includes direct pushes to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, Squarespace, and Wix, as well as webhooks and Zapier for other platforms. Articles can be published as drafts or live content. The product also connects to Google Search Console, reads rankings, clicks, and impressions, and identifies keywords where a site is closest to page one.

Balzac is aimed at Claude Code, Cursor, OpenClaw, and other AI agents, including MCP-compatible agents. Its primary interface is the CLI, MCP server, and API, with the web interface described as optional.
