Authnkey

f-droid.org·Other productivity

Authnkey is an open-source Android credential provider that enables full use of FIDO2 hardware security keys for passkeys. It implements the complete CTAP2 protocol over NFC and USB, overcoming limitations in Android's built-in WebAuthn support. The app integrates with the Android Credential Manager so any supporting browser or app can use it for creating and authenticating passkeys with PIN protection and discoverable credentials. No root is required.
