Audiogram Maker

Audiogram Maker is an iOS app designed to help users manually enter audiogram threshold values from paper records into Apple Health. It addresses the need for individuals to digitize audiogram data—typically provided by an audiologist—by allowing users to hand-type these values into their device, where the information is then saved as a standard HealthKit audiogram sample. This enables the audiogram data to be used by Apple features such as AirPods Hearing Assistance and Headphone Accommodations.

The app provides a live chart preview as users enter their data, offering immediate visual feedback. Additional features include a history view, which allows for duplication and deletion of previous entries, and the option to attach metadata such as name, clinician, clinic, and notes to each audiogram sample. Audiogram Maker emphasizes privacy, making no network requests beyond those required by Apple’s system services and collecting no analytics, identifiers, or third-party tracking. All data remains on the user's device.

Audiogram Maker is available exclusively on iOS, with a minimum requirement of iOS 18. The app is not a medical device and does not perform hearing tests, provide medical advice, or diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. It is not affiliated with any medical or health organization, and the accuracy of the data depends on the user’s manual transcription from official audiogram records. The tool is intended for individuals who have received a hearing test from a qualified professional and wish to store and use their results within the Apple Health ecosystem.
