SDD Pilot

SDD Pilot is a spec-driven development framework for users of AI coding tools. It is built around an optional project bootstrap followed by a structured feature-delivery workflow, with quality built in rather than added at the end.

The workflow starts with optional commands for turning ideas into a product requirement document, creating system architecture, defining a DevOps strategy, and planning project delivery. It also includes project governance setup and an amendment step for propagating scope or strategy changes across bootstrap artifacts. For feature work, the documented sequence moves through specification, clarification, planning, checklists, tasks, analysis, implementation, and quality control, and there is also an autopilot command that runs the feature-delivery pipeline unattended.
