Formael

formael.com·AI & ML

Formael is boundary infrastructure for the agentic era that sits between AI agents and the external systems they act upon. Agents express an intent without supplying credentials, provider names, or API details. Formael evaluates the intent against organizational policies, executes the approved action, and records the outcome with its rationale.

The platform routes every outbound action through a single mandatory choke point. Four policy axes are applied to each request: identity context and scope, semantic meaning of the intent, fiscal value and budget, and risk including reversibility. All four must pass for execution to proceed. Credentials remain hidden from agents at all times and are supplied only by the platform when routing to the target system such as a DocuSign connector. An immutable trace captures both what occurred and why for every action. The system integrates with an organization's own identity provider so that agent fleets onboard through existing identity management.

The Intent Execution Cycle consists of three stages. First the agent states its goal. Next the policy engine performs the multi-axis evaluation. Finally the platform executes the action through the appropriate connector and logs the full chain. This design eliminates any bypass path and ensures every interaction is governed before it occurs.

Formael addresses the gap that arises when AI agents reason at scale yet organizational boundaries remain unprepared for autonomous outbound actions. It provides centralized governance, abstracted connectivity, and auditability without requiring agents to handle sensitive details directly. Early access is available by request.
