AllFeedback is a WordPress feedback plugin for collecting customer responses directly on a site. It is built for product teams, and the site also gives use cases for WooCommerce stores, SaaS and digital products, blogs and content sites, and agencies. The product is described as a way to collect real customer feedback without third-party accounts, monthly fees, or data leaving the server.

Its form builder supports drag-and-drop survey creation with six ready-made templates, including NPS, bug report, and feature request templates.
