AIStoryHub is a web-based writing studio for fiction writers that provides an AI assistant named Ash to help draft and edit stories while preserving the author's voice and creative control. It addresses the challenge of maintaining consistency, style, and continuity in long-form fiction without the output sounding generic.

Writers begin by setting the stage with details on genre, tone, pacing, point of view, characters, and banned words that persist throughout the project. An Architect-Writer-Editor pipeline then generates prose fitted to the defined world. Ash reads the full manuscript, maintains awareness of characters and continuity through an at-reference system, and offers patch-style suggestions that users can accept line by line, rewrite specific beats, or branch into new scenes with tracked changes. Voice profiles allow the system to learn individual pacing, metaphor density, and stylistic restraint from ongoing edits and style settings. The chapter editor includes live word counts and one-click AI actions. For fan fiction, users can browse public worldbuilding collections such as those based on Harry Potter, A Song of Ice and Fire, Dune, and Star Wars, then fork any universe in one click to inherit its characters, locations, and lore so Ash starts with full context.

The platform operates without any subscription or credit card requirement. Users can start writing immediately with a built-in free model that is community-supported, or add their own Anthropic, OpenAI, Gemini, or OpenRouter API key at any time for greater control over the underlying model. Content remains fully owned by the writer with no lock-in. Manuscripts can be exported to PDF, DOCX, or plain text. The studio also functions as a manual writing environment for organization, drafting, and revision without AI assistance. It includes version history, configuration files, and scene management to support consistent work on sprawling projects.
