Bugster is an AI-powered platform designed for end-to-end testing and quality assurance automation. It enables users to create and run tests on web applications by describing user flows in plain English, eliminating the need for coding, scripts, or selectors. The platform uses AI agents to interact with real browsers, simulating user actions such as clicking, typing, and navigating, and provides detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce and video recordings when tests fail.

The tool serves a range of roles, including QA engineers, engineering leaders, and developers. It offers workflows tailored to both technical and non-technical users: developers can sync tests locally as YAML using CLI commands, edit tests in compatible editors, and push changes back to the platform, while QA and product teams can create and manage tests directly in the web application interface. Tests can be organized into suites, triggered via CI/CD pipelines, scheduled for nightly runs, or executed across multiple environments. Bugster supports integration with platforms such as Vercel, Railway, Netlify, and GCP, and provides notifications through Slack, email, and webhooks. GitHub integration is available, with future support planned for GitLab and Bitbucket.

Bugster offers a free Starter plan, which includes 70 end-to-end test runs per month, up to five tests per pull request, three parallel tests, and GitHub App and CLI integration. A Team plan is also available, providing custom test volumes, increased parallel execution, scheduled runs, and priority support, with specifics available upon contact. The platform emphasizes security, stating that all data is encrypted at rest and in transit, customer code and data are never used to train AI models, and source code is never accessed or stored by Bugster, as tests run only on deployed environments.
