AI Architectures is an automated design tool that converts sketches, photos, or text descriptions into photorealistic renders, labeled floor plans, and staged listing photos in about 30 seconds. It addresses the need for rapid generation of architectural visuals and documentation, with exports to PDF and DXF formats compatible with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp workflows. The platform has supported over 50,000 designs for more than 10,000 architects.

It offers an image editor that accepts JPG, PNG, or WebP files up to 5MB for modifications including enhancing quality, changing style, adjusting lighting, updating materials, and applying custom instructions. Users can also generate new designs from scratch by specifying building types such as residential, commercial, industrial, or mixed-use along with architectural styles including modern, contemporary, traditional, minimalist, industrial, or Mediterranean, plus details on floors, rooms, square footage, and additional requirements. A render converter transforms sketches or drawings into photorealistic, architectural, artistic, or technical styles.

The suite includes specialized components: the AI Architecture Generator for design studies from briefs, sketches, or references with export and share link options; AI Architecture Rendering for interior, exterior, and landscape workflows using tuned presets for fixed camera and lighting; and the AI Floor Plan Generator that produces labeled rooms with dimensions and adjacency guardrails where available. An architectural styles library supplies prompt starters and material suggestions for consistent explorations across styles such as modern and minimalist. Case studies demonstrate transformations in exterior, interior, massing, and courtyard scenarios with before-and-after examples that maintain fixed camera positions and consistent composition to highlight changes in style, materiality, and lighting.
