Users import customers manually or sync them from QuickBooks Online. Tasks are assigned and progress is followed through dashboards, with reports generated to identify optimization opportunities. The software integrates with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Time, Zapier, and additional tools. An open API supports custom extensions.
