The platform focuses on managing incoming calls, reservations, appointments, and outbound campaigns, aiming to streamline customer interactions and free up staff for core business activities.

The service offers customizable AI assistants that can be configured over the phone to adapt to specific business needs. Adola supports features such as instant booking management, built-in calendar integration, and the ability to organize and manage bookings within minutes. For outbound communication, the platform enables businesses to conduct surveys, qualify leads, and promote events through automated calls, supporting up to four-minute call durations and thousands of concurrent calls. Comprehensive summaries and analytics are provided, and the system offers multilingual support. S. phone numbers, with plans to expand to more countries.

For developers, Adola provides a playground with a seven-day free trial. S. phone numbers and connect their OpenAI account API key to enable voice interactions with their own OpenAI assistants. The platform currently works exclusively with OpenAI assistants and offers a range of voices, including options powered by ElevenLabs. 25.
