Euclis provides shared project memory for teams and AI agents, addressing the challenge of scattered context and lost decisions across multiple communication platforms. It automatically captures decisions, blockers, milestones, and dependencies from sources such as WhatsApp, Claude, Cursor, and the web, consolidating information so that both human team members and AI agents can access up-to-date project context. This approach ensures that important project knowledge does not get buried in chat history, allowing new teammates and AI sessions to quickly catch up without starting from scratch.
The platform structures captured information into a unified memory, linking related events, deduplicating entries, and keeping records current. Euclis features a process called "Dreaming," which periodically reviews and maintains project memory by merging near-duplicate decisions, reconciling contradictions, surfacing patterns, and archiving resolved or stale events. Nothing is ever deleted, and every change is validated by code, ensuring the integrity and continuity of project records. Discussions within Euclis branch into focused threads, and both humans and agents can request summaries of threads that draw from the entire project history and memory.
Euclis offers a workspace that combines tasks and project memory in a single dashboard. The tool includes a kanban board with three columns, drag-and-drop cards, keyboard shortcuts, and support for asset sharing and whiteboard collaboration. Updates from WhatsApp or connected agents are reflected directly on the shared board. Files sent via WhatsApp are tagged and stored as shared assets within the workspace. Short IDs allow users to reference and update tasks conveniently through chat.
The service is accessible via the web and integrates with WhatsApp, Claude, and Cursor. AI agents connect to Euclis through MCP, enabling them to retrieve the same project briefs as human users.
