Yallacome

Yallacome is a web-based application designed for groups of friends to coordinate activities such as games, rides, dinners, and outings while managing cost splitting and photo sharing in a single platform. It addresses the common challenge of juggling multiple apps or spreadsheets to organize group plans, track participation, and settle shared expenses. The tool combines event planning, live RSVP tracking, expense logging, and shared photo galleries, aiming to streamline group coordination for activities like padel, pickleball, badminton, bike rides, dinners, trips, and other meetups.

Users can post a plan by setting the time and place for an event, which notifies everyone in the group. The platform provides a live, timestamped list showing who has opted in or out, eliminating the need for manual headcounts in chat threads. Expenses related to events—such as court fees, dinner bills, or fuel costs—can be logged by any participant, with the option to attach a photo of the receipt. Costs can be split equally, by specific amounts, or by percentage, and balances are automatically netted out across the group. The service also features a shared photo gallery for each event, allowing all members to upload and view pictures from the outing in one centralized place.

Yallacome supports importing group balances from Splitwise via CSV upload, ensuring continuity for groups migrating from other cost-splitting tools. Settling up is fee-free: users can mark debts as paid by cash, bank transfer, or, in the UAE, via e& money integration, with both parties confirming payment to clear balances. The platform sends reminders to participants 24 hours, 6 hours, and 1 hour before an event through email and in-app notifications, helping to ensure attendance.

The application is accessible through any mobile browser and can be added to a home screen without requiring a separate download. Users can sign up using email, Apple, or Google accounts. Yallacome is free to use for creating accounts and organizing plans, and it does not handle or process payments directly.
