WhipNode

WhipNode addresses the challenge of providing AI agents, particularly those using Claude Code, with access to screenshots, files, and URLs that are not natively supported for direct input. It enables users and agents to upload screenshots, files, or URLs and generates structured JSON context, including OCR-extracted text and AI-generated instructions, which can then be accessed by agents through a unique URL or via the MCP (Machine Context Protocol) standard.

The platform is designed for both human users and AI agents, facilitating collaboration and information sharing across systems, teams, and tools. Users can drop files, paste screenshots, or enter URLs without needing an account, and the uploaded content is processed to produce structured data that agents can fetch and utilize. WhipNode supports various workflows, such as work handoff between agents, automated QA testing, and cross-device or cross-tool agent communication. It operates as a kind of "Pastebin" for agents, allowing them to share and retrieve context-rich data efficiently.

WhipNode integrates with Claude Code through the MCP standard, offering six native MCP commands for tasks like fetch, upload, screenshot, render, list, and help. No SDK is required for integration; agents can connect using a single command with an API key. The service provides up to 50 uploads per day, including OCR, AI analysis, and full MCP integration, without requiring a credit card. Uploaded data is automatically deleted after 24 hours, and the platform emphasizes end-to-end encryption and operation on a global edge network.

WhipNode is delivered as a web-based service and is produced by Square Post Labs. It is positioned as a tool for making unstructured content accessible to AI agents and facilitating agent-to-agent collaboration using the open MCP standard.
