Voquill is a real-time AI scribe designed specifically for pathologists, offering a solution that converts spoken case descriptions into polished, signed-off pathology reports as the user works. The platform operates in the background, listening as the pathologist describes their observations and automatically drafting the corresponding report in real time. Its main focus is to streamline the reporting workflow, allowing users to keep their attention on the slide while Voquill handles transcription and report generation.

A key feature of Voquill is its ability to learn and adapt to individual phrasing, conventions, and preferences by reading previous reports, so the generated drafts reflect the user's style. The tool employs agentic field placement, ensuring that each finding is routed to the correct section—such as specimen details, microscopic findings, interpretations, and comments—within synoptic reports.
