UserElements Member Export is a WordPress plugin designed specifically for sites using the Ultimate Member plugin. It enables membership site owners to export user data from Ultimate Member with enhanced accuracy and flexibility, addressing the limitations of generic user export tools that do not account for Ultimate Member’s unique data structure. The tool is tailored for administrators who need to transfer, analyze, or synchronize member data with external platforms, especially for large or complex membership sites.

One of the distinguishing features of UserElements Member Export is its ability to read actual field labels directly from Ultimate Member forms and automatically decode stored option values into human-readable labels. This means that data such as select, radio, or checkbox fields appear with their true labels in exported files, rather than cryptic internal values. The export process can be customized with a drag-and-drop interface for selecting and ordering columns, and configurations can be saved as reusable presets. Filtering capabilities are extensive, with support for filtering by user role, account status, registration date, WooCommerce order history, FluentCRM tags, or any custom profile field. Multiple filter rules can be stacked using AND logic, and nine different operators are available for precise targeting.

The plugin supports background exports for large sites, running as Action Scheduler jobs to avoid browser timeouts and allowing exports of over 10,000 users. Exported files can be delivered immediately, scheduled for recurring delivery (daily or weekly), or sent automatically via email or webhook, making it suitable for ongoing CRM synchronization and reporting workflows. The tool enriches user data with WooCommerce order information (such as total orders, lifetime value, last order date, active subscription status, and billing country) and FluentCRM attributes (status, tags, list memberships). It also offers delta exports, exporting only users who have registered or updated their profile since the last run, which is useful for syncing with external platforms. For privacy-sensitive use cases, email addresses and phone numbers can be automatically hashed with SHA-256 for compatibility with advertising platforms like Facebook Custom Audiences or Google Customer Match.
