Tulbo

Tulbo provides a collection of free online tools that operate directly in the browser without installation. It addresses everyday file tasks such as editing and converting photos, handling PDF documents, and performing other common media and document operations while keeping all processing on the user's device.

The tools are grouped into studios covering photo, video, PDF, audio, and document needs. In the photo studio users can crop images, apply filters, remove backgrounds to produce transparent PNGs, create ID or passport photos in standard sizes, turn sequences of photos into GIFs, compress multiple images at once, resize by pixels or percentage, apply privacy masking to hide IDs and numbers, pick colors from an image and copy the HEX value, perform batch file cleanup that combines resize, compress, rename and zip steps, and convert HEIC files from iPhone in batches to JPG, PNG or WebP. The video studio supports trimming, compression, and GIF creation from video along with subtitle conversion between SMI, SRT and VTT formats that auto-detects Korean SMI encoding and allows sync adjustments. PDF functions include merging multiple PDFs into one file, compressing scanned PDFs, converting images into a single PDF, extracting pages as JPG or PNG images, splitting or extracting selected pages, adding stamps or signatures, and replacing or inserting pages. An audio tool cuts MP3 files to create ringtone clips. A document tool performs OCR to extract text from photos.

All processing occurs on-device so files never leave the user's computer. The interface presents the tools in one place and is available the moment the page loads. Language options include Korean, English, Japanese and Spanish. It is offered at no cost.
