Monitorpack

Monitorpack is an IT supervision suite designed for managed service providers (MSPs) and chief information officers (CIOs) to monitor and manage IT environments in real time. The suite is installed on a single Windows server and enables users to select and monitor various items, including servers, sites, printers, devices, and applications. Monitorpack provides real-time supervision and supports incident management to help maintain system reliability and performance.

The platform offers features such as email alerts and the ability to automatically generate tickets in several helpdesk systems, including ServiceNow, GLPI, ZohoDesk, Zendesk, KACE Cloud, and Dynamics 365. Users can view and export logs and alarms, with export available in Excel format. The tool also supports Azure authentication, SQL consolidation, and SNMP probes for network monitoring. There is a knowledge base and support for online installation procedures. An optional Monitorpack Azure Portal subscription expands the suite's capabilities for Azure environments.

Monitorpack is available in multiple versions, with options for 100, 250, or 500 probes. There is a freeware version, and certain features such as email-to-ticket integration, SMTP alerts, and log management are listed as available across different plans. The platform includes Microsoft certificate signing for added security.
