DrillFlow is a local-first diagram editor that enables each node to open into its own sub-diagram. It addresses the challenge of representing processes too large for a single canvas by supporting unlimited nested drill-down navigation with breadcrumbs for orientation instead of tab overload.

Every node can contain an arbitrarily deep sub-diagram. Breadcrumbs indicate the current position at all times. Documents remain on the user's device in the browser with nothing uploaded unless the user chooses to share. The editor provides a hand-drawn aesthetic through shapes, layers, and a freehand pen so that diagrams resemble sketches rather than presentation slides. Export options include PNG, SVG, PDF, Markdown, and JSON; PNG and SVG exports embed the scene for re-import. A single click generates a read-only link as a snapshot up to 2 MB that includes the full drill-down structure for viewers, revocable at any time with an account.

DrillFlow runs locally in the browser as an installable progressive web app. It continues to function offline after the initial load. The tool requires no account and is provided at no cost for the editor and all listed capabilities.
