ShiftArmor is a platform designed for industrial operations to centralize manufacturing scheduling, workforce management, and OSHA compliance tasks. It addresses the challenges of managing employee schedules, attendance, safety incidents, training records, and compliance documentation by replacing disconnected systems such as spreadsheets, time clocks, and paper forms with a unified solution. The tool is intended for sectors including manufacturing, warehousing, food processing, chemical, and construction.

Key features of ShiftArmor include intelligent scheduling with conflict detection and overtime visibility, employee attendance tracking with self-service punches and shared kiosk mode, and leave management with PTO requests, automated accruals, and FMLA eligibility. The platform provides a training matrix with program libraries, session scheduling, enrollment tracking, and automatic renewal alerts. Certification tracking and compliance badges are managed through centralized employee profiles, and bulk employee data can be imported via CSV. Asset inspections are supported with recurring schedules, QR-linked assets, deficiency tracking, and documented follow-ups. Near-miss reporting enables QR code stations, photo and voice-to-text capture, anonymous submissions, and AI-powered severity assessment.

ShiftArmor incorporates an AI risk assessment engine that analyzes 26 risk factors across incidents, workforce metrics, compliance gaps, and operational patterns, providing color-coded risk levels for departments and detailed risk profiles for individual employees. OSHA incident tracking is facilitated through digital forms, severity classification, and automatic generation of OSHA 300, 301, and 300A reports. The platform also includes an AI safety assistant for drafting reports and root cause analysis, a predictive dashboard for monitoring risk trends and compliance KPIs, and real-time alerts.

The system is delivered as a cloud-based platform built on AWS infrastructure, offering enterprise-grade security with AES-256 encryption, SOC 2 compliance, role-based access, full audit trails, and immutable records. Integration is available with tools such as QuickBooks, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Outlook, SSO/SAML, webhooks, Zapier, and OSHA ITA.
