The API supports coverage in over 50 countries, using per-country provider routing to select the best available delivery route. Both OTP and transactional SMS functionalities use the same API endpoints, keys, and prepaid credits, simplifying integration and management for developers. The OTP API allows configuration of code length and expiry, along with per-phone rate limits, while delivery events for every message—including sent, delivered, and failed statuses—are accessible via webhooks and searchable logs.

Robase can be accessed via a REST API and offers SDKs for Node.js, Go, Python, and PHP, providing flexibility for integration into various development environments. The service operates on a prepaid credit model, starting from ₦6 per message in Nigeria, with pricing varying by destination country. There are no monthly fees or hidden charges, and credits can be used for both OTP and transactional SMS. New accounts receive free trial credits, enabling developers to test the API without requiring a credit card or ongoing commitment.
