The platform's workflow includes a free onboarding call to activate a user account, followed by the submission of project design files. Renotive’s team enters project details into the platform, prepares a detailed scope of work and cost breakdown, and provides users with an editable project view that maintains pricing transparency. Users can manage materials, client approvals, and design changes in one place, with every selection automatically updating the project scope and costs. The platform also allows users to send out bid packages, compare bids side by side, manage follow-ups, and hire builders directly within the system.
